Returns:
At Daias Jewelry, we believe our pieces are designed for women who want it all, and we are confident you'll be thrilled with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

- Receipt or proof of the purchase,
- Brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at daiasjewelry@gmail.com. Provide detailed information about the issue along with relevant photos to help us evaluate the situation. We handle each case individually and will provide instructions on how to return the item if necessary.
Exchanges:
To request an exchange, please email us at daiasjewelry@gmail.com with detailed information about the item you wish to exchange and your specific request. Each exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and further instructions will be provided if applicable.
Gifts with Purchase:
If you are returning an order that included a free gift with purchase, please ensure the free gift is returned as well. If the free gift is not returned, we will adjust the return amount by the retail value of the gift.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days through your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at daiasjewelry@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter and update you on the status of your refund.
